CHELMSFORD, Mass. —At least five residents at a Massachusetts nursing home have died of COVID-19 following an outbreak at the facility.
According to weekly data from the state’s Department of Public Health, more than 30 residents and staff at the Sunny Acres Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Chelmsford have tested positive for the coronavirus.
